For those of you who might know me, and/or might be familiar with my trilogy of novels involving such characters as Kron Darkbow and Belgad the Liar ... none of those characters will appear in the Bayne Kul Kanon stories.
Bayne lives in the same world as Kron, but it's nearly two thousand years before Kron is even born. So, you're not likely to see much (if any) of my trilogy's characters involved in Bayne's tales.
However, there will be some connections between Bayne and my trilogy. For one thing, a few of the place names will be the same. For another, since Bayne lives far in the past, he might be involved with or hear about historical events (from the perspective of my trilogy's characters). Bayne himself might even be involved in a few things that will shape the world of my novel.
But keep in mind, it's two thousand years ago. The True Church of Ashal doesn't even exist yet. Belgad's ancestors haven't even formed into clans yet. It's a different world with different politics, just some familiar landmarks. Such as the mountain range called The Needles.
